The First Step to Taking Control of your Osteoarthritis
OASIS offers a variety of Primary Education Sessions to enable people at all stages of the disease to self-manage their osteoarthritis. If you have been identified as a surgical candidate you can attend a Pre-Hab Education Session to learn what you can do to be in the best condition for your surgery. If you’re already scheduled for surgery, you can attend a Pre-Op (Pre-Operative) Education Session to find out how to prepare your home and yourself for surgery. Education Events, one-time sessions, are offered to health providers and/or people with osteoarthritis.
There is no cost to attend any of the OASIS education sessions. Check the OASIS Education Calendar and OASIS Education Events for dates, times, and locations.
