After your family doctor, surgeon, or rheumatologist refers you to OASIS you will receive a phone call from our office. We will schedule an assessment appointment so our multidisciplinary team can examine your condition and identify support services that will help you manage your osteoarthritis. You may need to go for an x-ray before your assessment appointment.
At your Assessment Appointment
Your appointment may take up to 2 or 2 ½ hours. The OASIS multidisciplinary team will ask you about your goals and conduct an in-depth assessment of your condition, ability to move, and overall health and wellness.
Before your appointment we will mail you an appointment checklist that tells you what you should wear and bring to your appointment.
