Prepare for Surgery

Make your recovery easier by preparing early

People who are prepared for surgery tend to have a quicker and easier hospital experience.

Optimize your health

Aim to be in your best physical condition for your surgery.  This may mean making healthy changes to your diet or exercise routine or find ways to protect your sore joint during daily activities. A healthy attitude and determination are also important for a successful surgery.
